Seems like California just lets homeless people take over small areas of land.

The richest country in the world has the most homeless in the world.
Why not?
Its un(der) used space thats relatively safe. Other states should stop sending its homeless to LA.

Orange County is wanting to send the homeless from Anaheim down to a large park in Irvine, and Irvine is not happy about it at all.

Don't call them homeless, call them next generation Democrat voters.
Its just not California when i was in Portland , Oregon they also have a problem with homeless, Its nothing new people that live in those area know its due to rent going up high and making it hard for people to rent and or they have mental or drug problem and they barley get any help. I wish government would do something.

"This will be a fight against overwhelming odds from which survival cannot be expected. We will do what damage we can."
-- Capt. Copeland
You know there are lies, great lies and statistic....what is the ratio of recorded and unrecorded homeless? What is the definition of a homeles person? In Sweden if the social administration arranges your accommodation you are homless in the statistic....
Do you realy think US and China puts down big goverment money to make statistics that is embarrassing?
