VDH Soul Fragment spawn delay reduced in BfA?

Hey guys.

I've been playing some on my VDH in legion to test the spec. The only thing I can really complain about (imho) is the delayed spawntime for Soul Fragments.

On live if I have 3 fragments out and use Fracture I will get 1 frag instantly (as show on UI), and the 2nd one with a second delay.

What happens if I use Fracture -> Spirit Bomb instanly is that I will get a 4 frag bomb off and then gain my fifth frag after the bomb.

I'm fairly sure you all know what I'm talking about.

HOWEVER. On the beta no matter how much I test I always get off a 5 frag bomb after using Fracture. Is this fixed? Is it because the beta realms are laggy? (im in EU, 180ms on beta servers).

I've tried to google my way to a patchnote where they say that they've reduced the spawn delay considerably. But I have found nothing.

Is the only thing keeping me from playing VDH fixed? Or are the beta servers lying to me?

It's fixed, on Beta you get the frags to use instantly even though the animation takes them a second to land. One of the big reasons VDH rotation feels much smoother now.
