Artifact transmog

Have they made any announcements regarding the artifact transmogs becoming account wide among the same class? For example, will i be able to use unlocked druid skins on my new kul tiran druid, or do i have to race change my current druid?

transmog have always been account wide, why should change anything for artifacts?

yeah they are accountwide, tho still spec specific

those weapons also follow a certain own rule that you can transmog them over anythin, so a paladin for example wearing a 1h/shield can still transmog those to their 2h silver hand
