Ok so I plead ignorance about Elon Musk, but generally just thought of him as a decent guy, I didn't really keep tabs on him closely or anything, but the last few days he's kinda been all over my social media feeds, and this is the latest...

I am actually quite speechless that he would tweet something so possibly damning about someone, so casually.

(I know this is a response to the Rescuer basically saying Elon's submarine was a PR stunt, however I personally think this response is WAY over the top, and possibly so damaging to the rescuer)

Oh I know that it was in response to that, however I don;t think the response given was quite warranted, calling someone a pedo can have major life changing effects, especially if NOT true.

I knew the reason for his response, I do not think the reason warrants such a response, calling someone a Pedo can have serious damaging effects on someones life, especially when there is no evidence to back it up as being true.

I have a feeling a statement like "pedo guy" doesn't just come out of nowhere. There are a million other insults Musk could have used. The dude has billions. He's a tech genius. You don't think he'd be able to do a bit of a background check on someone he's going to fling dirt at, if he wanted to? I'm not saying he did that, he might have just thrown some random insult off the cuff, or hell, he could even be projecting. But, maybe he got pissed off at the guy, made some calls, found out some shit, and just casually dropped it in a tweet.
