Authentic ramen is excellent
You mean, some people don't?!?
Nope. Just way to much salt in one sitting.
Yes. it's the best part of instant noodles. That's why at home we call it noodle soup
Thats the best part!
#Salty
Yes, I typically only get the Chili Ramen and love it.
From proper ramen, sure. From instand ramen... well, I refuse to eat instant ramen to begin with.
I don't tend to use the flavoring packets in instant ramen, so no. I have Korean seasoning paste for that.

Then you are missing out, because Ramen is amazing. And it's not a poor people food. A huge majority of Japanese consume Ramen routinely.
Also, try sounding less racist. Not saying you are... but damn, it came off that way.
Leave MSG alone. It never did anything to you besides make your food taste good.
We only eat good hearty AMERICAN food around here, boy! Burnt coffee, bland cheese, and unsalted potato products! Then you are missing out, because Ramen is amazing. And it's not a poor people food. A huge majority of Japanese consume Ramen routinely.

Who is cooking spaghetti without any sauce?

Are you ALSO Irish?!?! BROTHER!We only eat good hearty AMERICAN food around here, boy! Burnt coffee, bland cheese, and unsalted potato products!

Well, lots of kids only eat spaghetti with just butter... but I digress.
People who only make base ramen with just the noodles and packets are missing out. Add cilantro, some meat (unless you are dirt poor, then I get it), crack an egg in it, add other veggies... done right, Ramen is a goddamn meal.
Here for a good time, not a long time!
The Irish invented the spice bag, so I forgive them for their potato related sins. Are you ALSO Irish?!?! BROTHER!
However, I do find it pretty interesting (re: obvious in hindsight) that the parts of the US with the worst food tend to be of primarily Germanic or Scandinavian descent.
No offense Central/Northern Europe, but your food kinda sucks.
