SpellAlertToggle - spec-based Spell Activation alert options

I made a very simple addon to fix something that bothers me personally, and maybe some other people would find it useful, too.

I enjoy most of Blizzzard's spell activation alerts, for things like Heating Up/Pyroblast!, Fingers of Frost and Opportunity. But I really dislike a few of them, like Stormbringer. I find that one gets in the way of my nameplates a ton, and I track it with WeakAuras anyhow.

Unfortunately, from all I could find, the control for whether these alerts show or not is account-wide. So I made a quick little addon that lets you decide which classes/specs have it on and which don't.

It's got a super simple UI - just check the boxes for the specs you want it on for, and uncheck for the ones you don't. It automatically changes your setting anytime you swap specs.

Let me know if you run into any issues or would like any additions (it'll stay a very simple addon, but I'd be happy to try to add in a bit more functionality if folks want it).
