Every man is bad at the moment, shares a 90 sec cd with other freedom trinkets.
Out of those two, Gnome.
Dark iron looks the best at the moment as you gain a damage buff for every debuff removed with the racial.
Longer term.. probs Kul Tiran but we dont know the racial yet. But new is always better.

The new pvp gear for BFA looks best on humans imo.
