Question about Boosting

If you boost a new character, will you be able to do all the quests/achievements that hard working leveling characters do?

Mostly but not everything. Be more specific about what kind of thing you're talking about because I doubt anyone is going to want to catalog every difference.

I think you can get absolutely all quests and achievements EXCEPT for Heritage armour (Level an allied race from 20-110).

Using a level boost just sets your character to level 110. There's nothing stopping you from going back and doing whatever low level quests you want.

The only thing that's locked is the heritage armor, which requires you to level up from scratch. No boosting, no RAF. You can still use EXP pots, however.
