I don't actually remember them ever mentioning Worgen/Gob armor, just Gnome and Tauren ones.

Yes, they had confirmed it. I think (hope) the features listed are not the entirety pf it, as it feels really underwhelming even for a minor patch.

This will allow players who have already completed certain quests to replay those quests with their friends for rewards that are appropriate to their current level, regardless of the original level of the quest.

Content wise, exactly what we expected. no mention of the War campaign though

On blue post they said "here’s a look at some of the new content coming in this version" so it's either content for first few builds or just new/highlighted features (continuation of War Campaign certainly aren't neither).
