I remember early Female Nightborne having the same idle stance as Female Nightelves. That got changed hugely towards their release. The same could be happening here, using the Stormwind model as a base then making changes later.

It's nothing new. The Warfronts are instanced, I trust you know.
It's happening eventually (for 9.0 or later), Warfronts were a clever way to make the work move ahead without pulling a Cataclysm. Same as how they've been updating old world models by using them in new content too.

If the world revamp are just updated graphics and some rares, like the warfronts zones are right now, it won't work. We need new questlines. Are they going to leave Durotar without a questline being a leveling zone? Doubt it. But who knows, maybe they add the quests in the next expansion.
