Ive killed bounties by myself and didnt get 100 honor, ever.
Soldier of the Alliance is NOT giving me 6 extra honor per kill, nor in raid party or solo.
Is the system bugged?

Once, I looted a ressource bag, but none after the first one. Is it intended as well?
