But NA do have an advantage? EU are stuck on last weeks loot for another 18 hours? NA are able to gear up and push through it all again *scratches chin* And no, it hasn't been like this for every other tier because this is literally the first tier this has happened.

Complaints can be had about Reset times and days but it doesn't matter. When a boss dies first, that's it done.

Method had 4.8% wipe today, I can’t see them beating that. Been watching on and off yesterday and today and it’s doesng look like the kill is coming this reset for them. Limit has this in the bag, fresh runes, more gear. GG, was a fun race. Would like to see it go on a little longer but that’s just me.

*face palm* The resets have been like this since before this tier. This might be the first tier you remember NA being so competitive, but this tier isn't unique.

It never mattered before due to masterloot, personal loot changed all of that - so again, this is the first tier this has happened.

So technically Method can just focus on G'Huun all the way up until EU reset in 12 hours time regardless of what Limit do now, is that what you mean?

Umm im on oceanic...we played wow on 300 ping for years.

But as for this situation, I meant actually travel to the US. They have that option. They have had the option for 14 years. They don't want to take up that option.

the CHOOSE to play on the servers that are 14hrs behind. That is their CHOICE.

This isn't "fun", this is competitive stuff, and sometimes that takes sacrifices. The world first is more than just being good players, its time investment, money investment and everything else that goes with that.

The World First is clearly in the title, if you knowingly play on the servers that are behind, that's your choice.

Vantus Runes probably provide a big enough boost alone tbh.
There is a fair argument that they'll just extend and have their Weekly Cache gear + Vantus Runes which will be enough to do it.
(Not checked to see if they're doing a full Mythic clear before Ghuun again so far).

It's really not unrealistic. Remember how BFA launched at the same time world wide? Yeah, same game. It's not that hard to put everyone on the same reset.

Yeh and several complete realm's couldn't even log in for hours. For some the experience was decent, for others, they couldn't play the game for 12 hours. As expected, a game with the complexity of wow across the entire planet at the same, just isn't realistic. There is several other factors for this. Staffing for one, equipment for two and mitigation for three.

Would like method to kill it soon after limit just to see the drama. There are 2 types of race, first past the post or time trial. Rules to the world first have never been officially written, so people can justifiably argue for and against said race types. However I think there is an understanding among the community (and more importantly the participants) that the world first works on a first past the post basis.

There's a pretty monumental difference between a global launch of an expansion and a weekly reset.
