I am wanting to build a new pc....

I would like to hear thoughts on this build.

Also, should I wait for the new intel chip to come out? Should I wait for the new gpu cards to come out? Will prices drop after? If so, how much will prices drop?

Should I need any extra fans beyond what the case provides?

I want it to last at least 5 years. Idk about the longevity of items like this.
