Well we'd have to have RP servers first.
(Something I do wish they'd do -now that its world pvp/pve per region and no longer pve/pvp servers - give the RPers the same flag so we can all go hang out in the same shards.)

Absolutely not, if you ask me. Having thirst and hunger bars would only interfere with the RP if anything, seeing as RP is generally kept separate from the game's mechanics. If you want your character to be hungry or thirsty, just RP that they're hungry or thirsty.
