'Justice for the Fallen' quest not working?

Did anyone try and do this and the glaive of Vol'jin just vanished?

I don't even know how to start the next part of the quest. No one wants to tell me, lol.

If you finished the last bit with his urn, the next quest is in Zanchul

It's in the ptr currently in the zanchuil council

Yep tried it in LFR, twice. Doesn't work right now.
