Why are the writers pissing off everyone?

I don't want to duplicate the issues currently come to light regarding Darkshore but it seems to continue the trend.


BFA's writing is pissing off everyone.
Its not giving any satisfactory storyline to ANYONE.
Why?

Please note this is not the case of one side getting what the other wants.
For example Timmy wants an apple and Jimmy wants an orange but then Timmy was given the orange and Jimmy the apple.

Thats not what happened here.

Timmy and Jimmy both got an onion instead.
Neither wanted this.

So what is happening here?
What is the lore team trying to accomplish here?

The writers have no interest in making each patch "self contained". There are cliffhangers and shit that frustratingly doesn't get explained for months in every single patch.

Read other high fantasy authors, and they run circles around wows lore. Hell even amateurs have rewritten the BFA lore so far so that it didn't suck. They didn't change a single outcome, but they filled in everything in between so that it didn't suck.

It's not hard. It's really not. You have fan fiction that reads better than this steaming pile of shit, and they don't even get paid.

if u say yes, then please answer the 5 years old question that they promised to answer in chronicles (spoilers alert, they didn't) of how the f8ck is Burning Legion one and same in all dimensions and worlds, while their own f8cking boss himself Sargeras has a version in each dimension since Titans - like rest of non-demon world - have version in each alternative world

There's plenty to give them shit about, but what bothers me the most is whenever something happens it's "HORDE BIAS WHAT THE FUCK" or "ALLIANCE BIAS WHAT THE FUCK". No one cares about story unless their side is getting all the things, which isn't going to happen.

Arthas was compelling? It was the same "protagonist gets corrupted and becomes the antagonist" they've done in every one of their games. I enjoyed it sure, but compelling?

again if u find it make sense, just answer the burning legion demon question, we have tons that everyone who actually follow lore agree don't make sense, but lets start with that one for now
or if u want another bonus explain how Archimonde is the same in both worlds, while Velen had 2 versions, even if the AU sh8t was delayed from us by what, 35 years or something ?

It all makes sense if you assume the story is being written by a massive Sylvanas/undead fanboy.

-They don't care about the Alliance, so they're constantly made to look weak or incompetent, and most of their content is lazy reskins and dumb ideas like fat humans and Junker Gnomes rather than stuff people actually asked for. Every battle is either a loss or a massive pyrrhic victory.

-They tolerate the "good" aspects of the Horde only so far as they don't interfere with the Forsaken. Saurfang is portrayed as an old loser who's given up, and Baine as an Alliance bootlicker, so that they don't outshine Sylvanas.

-They love the Forsaken. That's why they never lose, why Sylvanas is always two steps ahead of everyone else, why Nathanos is suddenly a match for Malfurion and Tyrande, and why they get all the best oneliners. Sure, Sylvanas does a lot of evil stuff, but it doesn't matter because she will never be held accountable for it (Blizzard's already said she isn't another Garrosh). In the end, we'll all be forced to accept her as the true lord and savior of Azeroth, and the fact that she tried to genocide two different races will be brushed aside.
