Remove the 30 sec restriction for reporting politics threads in General OT

Most of the threads in the General Off Topic forum are politics, I'm reporting some of them now. Remove the 30 seconds restriction between reports.

They can't know what thread is politics and what thread isn't in order to remove the restriction. You can always pm a mod with the links to all the threads

That requires more steps probably intentionally so. Reason why they don't just put a checkbox with a dropdown on the report form, "Select a global mod to PM with this message".

What should be infracted, are things that are clearly against the rules, like calling people trolls used to be against the rules, but I reported someone's post against me calling me troll 4 times in 10 days, no infraction, was completely ignored. Also conspiracy theories. Used to be infractable, apparently not anymore.

As others have noted, it's not possible to remove the reporting timer for only specific thread types. Additionally, if there are multiple threads needing to be moved, please do feel free to PM a global with all of them. It will get them moved a lot quicker that way anyway.
