None of this annoyances are worth a tittle, but it is stupid that people already playing alliance are favored because of this; for example, on spanish servers 90% of the "top" raiding community is alliance, so we will have 1 horde guild with the FoS and 9 alliance guilds, but we only have 2 guilds on top 100 world, and only 3 on top 200. It's dumb to think people killing the boss on one month from now or even more has the tittle i almost didn't earn killing the boss last week.
Very few will and those that do switch will almost certainly switch back. In most cases it would require server xfers on top of the faction change. Recruiting is a pain in the ass so you would have to switch with a full group and be very proactive on recruiting. Even with all of that it wont last for many until or unless many others do it too. So in most cases mythic raiding will remain locked to cross realm while in the current tier.

The only reason the limit on xrealm mythic raiding exist is because they make stupid amount of money on server transfers.

Time they made xrealm guilds and let players pug and play mythic raids on day1 without having to pay for retarded transfercosts..
They are still trying to keep mythic raiding a guild event. Cross realm right away would chip away at that and to some degree the foundation of raiding over all.

    Not really.

As long as mythic raids keep their current lockout system they would still very much be an organized guild event. Pugs might be able to down a boss or 2 but after that? Good luck finding replacements when they're all saved to different lockouts from killing first boss already.

Even if it was cross realm there is literally no way people could pug mythic the way they do heroic. The lockout system it uses simply doesn't allow it. This isn't a good excuse at all.

All the current system does is hurt lower pop realms with getting some free Taloc loot, when high pop realms can get it in group finder pretty easy.

This will just make high-end raiding as alliance even more troublesome, and even more people will go horde. Why would they do it? Pathetic

Problem seems to be for top guilds everybody wins if they can early unlock x-realm carries, but you have to pay the price of a faction change and hope others do as well. Even though the costs would be quickly recouped, it is far too tempting to not bother and wait it out and hope you get a free ride on the work of others.

    No, it really wouldnt.
There are plenty of servers with multiple hardcore mythic guilds, yet every firstkill they do its a full 20man guild grp.
Crossrealm mythic wouldnt change anything at all. Except letting players play without having to go throu a paywall of transfers.

Once 100 Horde guilds kill G'Huun, just give Alliance players a stacking 5% buff every 2 weeks until 100 guilds kill it.

    What could go wrong?

Is there a hundred mythic allience guilds left?
