Probably Skroe. I'd like to see if he's quite as expressive, triumphant, and verbose (for lack of a better word) in person.

Depends on the context. I actually bit my tongue off in a car accident when I was 7, and though it was reattached and I had speech therapy, I've had a bit of lisp all my life. It's not bad or anything, but it's there, especially when I'm fatigued.

Informally, when my brain is moving a million miles a second, my mouth can barely keep up, so I can go on adventures every bit as detailed and wordy as my posts (I'm also a very fast typist). In more formal settings, I'm very concise and I emphasize clarity over detail. It's like a different person.

However my style is in a given setting though, IRL I'm just as relentless as my posts here if my attention is on something. I don't believe in laying off.

I have a brain like a spounge, and a ravenous appetite for knowledge, but the topics I post about most frequently are limited to a handful that I know an extensive amount about. So it's somewhat deceptive. I certainly don't know everything about everything (who does?) but my knowledge on specific issues that just happen to be rather hot button ones, is very deep.

That's why you don't see my post much about something like guns. That's just not my world.

Well cool thing is, I'm not right-leaning so I don't have to worry about that. Though I don't know your posting history, my experience reading these forums for a long, long time is that people who lean right tend to over-exaggerate or completely mis-construe - either intentionally or unintentionally - the things that Endus says. So, while again not knowing you, I take most complaints about him with a grain of salt.

Well here's a good one from a thread about Jordan Peterson losing his Google account:

Pretty harsh to lose everything permently for some simple flub. Seems like they decided he'd really done something wrong.

It was not permanent. It was reinstated like a week later. He did not lose anything; his account was never suspended nor any videos removed. You are still inventing a fantasy story that is directly contradicted by the facts of this situation.

I understand it wasn't permenent. It was permanent, and then after a week of outrage suddenly it was all okay again.

"It was permanent until it wasn't" is an admission that it wasn't permanent and that you're making things up that aren't true.

As a recent subscriber to "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" who can't get enough, why did you not impress upon me how good this podcast was? In any event, I feel we'd get along quite well.

It's a great podcast for sure, I'm glad they're back at it again.

We have our disagreements, but there are very few people on this board that I wouldn't have drinks and exchange political banter with. I'm a big fan of the dialectic, so I'd be on board with a MMO-OT meetup. Despite my cranky posting style, I can pretty much get along with anyone as long they act like a civilized human being.
