I'd make sure your script is right. I'd have to look at my own for the argent tourny music to check how the syntax goes.

To get them to play in game, replace .mp3 with .ogg and it should work.

I don't exactly know how it is with just typing that into the game's chat window. In this quest addon I use, I have the human female cheer 2 play whenever I complete a quest (where she cheers "fantastic!"), and the format is Sound/character/Human/HumanVocalFemale/HumanFemaleCheer02.ogg , so you could try changing the \\ to just 1? If I had my one macro that played one of Hodir's sounds when my mage cast that one frost spell that boosted haste back in Cataclysm, it might help more. But that's been 8 years. But that's what it is with that quest addon. It might work for you.
