Unable to PM post

I am trying to PM but apparently I have to have posted 10 times to be able to send a PM. Is there another way to reach the moderator please? Perhaps there shouldn't be a minimum post requirement to PM post?

You can use the "Contact Us" form found at the bottom of every page which goes to admins at any post count. Additionally, there are hundreds of active topics on the site, so it shouldn't be hard to find one or two to meaningfully contribute in (keyword being meaningfully, don't make pointless spam posts just to bump post count).
