coming back after a long break need some guidance

k so i left after mythic Antorus the burning throne i mained a mist weaver monk i loved it but im looking for the help of the veterans that've been playing since the start of BFA . im wondering where every healer class stands right now in 5 man mythic and raid atmosphere. i want a well rounded healer that excells in a large group fight and can also heal high mythic keys

Hard to say with 8.1 coming out and that may mess with balance, but in general, you wouldn't go wrong sticking with MW. Capable of High keys and pretty damn good raid healing. Or if you want a change up, Resto Druid is only slightly behind in Raid healing but slightly ahead in M+

Generally speaking, "what class do i play" threads aren't allowed. Furthermore, given that 8.1 is changing the dunamic fairly significantly, you'd be better off waiting a bit, then reading class forums after thw first week or two of raiding.

Otherwise I'd tell you to just stick to what you already know, and not jump to whatever fotm class is hyped.

MW is one of the strongest hears right now, at least in m+ . If you like that game play you're all set. Priests might be somewhat better in raids and still strong in m+ while having the bonus of having two specs.
Druids are nice in m+ as well but still have some mana issues in raids (but still great though).

Any of thoes three would be my pick.

"Help me choose" type threads don't tend to produce the desired outcome. Please check online resources and/or the class-specific subforums if you have further questions. Closing this.
"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
