    Make sure you don't have Windows set to allow a single program to control your audio. Discord or something that interacts with Discord seems to wreak havoc on your audio because of that setting. If affects everything and cause your audio levels to spaz out even if no one is speaking.

    I had a somewhat similar problem, my headphones had 2 settings according to my computer, i had to manually delete the one and set the "stereo" option as defualt. If i plug in my speaker I have to do the process when i reconnect my headphone.

    If youre out of options try looking into that
