the general context is this:

during the game he made a call to his team on volskaya foundry to get the vehicle and end the game, he was driving said vehicle and pinged for one of them to get inside it, nobody did so he believed that because it was a 'pro' level match that this constituted 'afk/non participation' and reported the players as such, he also reported the whitemane for 'abusive text chat' for calling out his stupid play earlier in the game, basically this is a prime example of why the report system in HOTS is a steaming file of shit and that this is the basic kind of abuse we see across all areas of the game 'i don't like you have a report for no reason' mentality, and being a petulant moron he typed 'KYS' in text, regardless of whether he sent the message his intentions are clear, and him trying to make it seem like it was a 'meme joke' after the fact is pathetic to me, just another grade A asshat that needs to be silenced and removed from the game imho.

I mean if you play HOTS ranked, you'll know the matchmaking is really terrible and very random. Lots of bad players in places they don't belong etc. This with the trolling, afking and inting, I'm amazed anyone can tolerate it. If you read his response on reddit, you'll get a better idea of where he's coming from with the state of the game he was in. It's sad the people on reddit are so delusional they actually downvoted him. He's reporting those players because they refused to play as a team and end the game with him in the mech after they got it. I feel like any decent player at gm/masters level should know that was the right call. Again, all of this stems from bad matchmaking. All he did was type "kys" out of frustration and not even hit enter. If that is the worst thing that comes to your mind after playing hours and hours of HOTS ranked, then you're a saint.

I will try to explain myself. So what is happening in the game is that lunara and arthas are pushing top. We are about to get the protector to end the game. I call to ignore top and just end. I get the protector, walk towards the keep where my teammates are already pushing. When I get there, I notice that noone of them enters the protector with me. This continues to happen for 10-15 seconds even though I ping and write to them. In the end kt enters, and we try to core, but by this point we are already far behind on the core race. We end up losing this free game with 20% left on their core. Then the whitemane proceeds to flame me for my call. It might not seem to much to you guys, but this is my job. I am doing my job properly, and then a random guy (in placement btw, I am gm#6) starts insulting me and blaming the loss on me. I wrote "kys" in chat but never sent it, as a meme in a moment of frustration. Maybe you guys do not like the humour, but some people do and I can't entertain everyone. I would never wish someone to kill themselves anyway for what that's worth, but you probably don't believe me since I am apparently the devil to you redditors. After the game I reported whitemane for abusive chat because I really felt insulted, which is what the category is for no? And kt & zuljin for afk since they did not enter the protector. I also explained why I did not report nande for it, since it is not his job as the melee, and he expected the others to enter aswell. If you disagree with me, that is fine. But if you still think I did something so wrong deserving a witch hunt now that you know the context, well then there is not much for me to do. Gl in life and the nexus I guess.

Problem is that toxic language is a reaction to toxic play, which has way bigger impact on outcome of the game. If you refuse to learn and grow, you are simply an ignorant moron. People who are fine being just mediocre and never strive to get better at what they consider as their hobby are just pain in the ass when they are thrown into the same pit with people who actually care.

It is life, if you suck and ruin experience for others, be prepared to eat consequences. Nobody will protect you in work or in any competitive activity. You might say it is just a game, but have you ever thought how miserable it feels to have time only for 1 or 2 games after a long day and you just happen to run into an inting cunt?

People are never straight up toxic, it builds because the ignorance has no boundaries as players are allowed to remain in their bubble.

Both of you act as if people are throwing rage tatrum the moment anybody makes a mistake, which I never seen in my experience. If anybody slips it is because of a specific individual repeating the same mistake over and over again, effectively throwing the game.
