Possible Voter Fraud in North Carolina House Race puts NC-09 result in doubt

North Carolina’s Board of Elections has certified the results in 12 of the state’s 13 House districts, save the 9th District. There, as we reported on Thursday, the certification has been held in abeyance under the provisions of a state statute that allows the board to “take any other action necessary to assure that an election is determined without taint of fraud or corruption and without irregularities that may have changed the result of an election.”

In other words, the board is worried about voter fraud. As it stands, with all votes counted, Republican Mark Harris holds a 905-vote lead, a narrow 0.32-percentage-point margin. The question at hand is whether all of those votes are legitimate.

.In Bladen, there’s evidence of weird activity.

“At least five affidavits submitted to the state board described various instances of fraud, including multiple occasions when people came to voters’ doors to collect ballots and offered to fill them out for them,” our Amy Gardner and Kirk Ross reported.

The Charlotte Observer detailed several specific examples.

Bladen County was the only one where the number of votes for the Republican in 2018 relative to the number of votes for Trump was well above average across the eight counties while the number of votes for the Democrat relative to Hillary Clinton was below average. In Union County, the other county Harris won, both votes for Harris and McCready were above the average across the eight counties

This is amazing if true. Seriously, if the was the Democrats, the Republicans and Trump would ban elections (hyperbole). trump would have 50 Kris Kobachs descending on each state and basically shutting down elections until they deem there is no fraud. They would have new voter id laws that again, would make voting almost impossible for they very few (guess who they vote for).

A News & Observer analysis of data on mail-in ballots in the district found:


▪ Across the 9th district, which stretches from Charlotte to Fayetteville along North Carolina’s southern border, 24 percent of the requested mail-in ballots were unreturned. In Robeson County, 64 percent of mail-in ballots requested did not make it back to elections officials. In Bladen County, the figure was 40 percent.

With all the fuckery going on in this state, I can definitely believe it. They literally forced us to vote along districts the supreme courts already declared illegal and the stuff they tried to do to strip Cooper of his power when they lost the governorship they tried forcing through as amendments where they got caught trying to lie on the substance of them.

And out of the 12 contested districts, they still lost by over 164,000 votes and still managed to "Win" 9 of them.

Can definitely see them doing this as icing on the cake, they want to win at all costs, even if they screw the state and the nation to do it.

Look at the absentee by mail category. Harris won that segment of the vote with 96% of the vote against an incumbent under no scandals. That is impossible. Only question now is, did Harris directly know?
