How many Valkyr does Sylvanas have left and where did they come from?

They are used to raise the dead, when that happens, is the newly raised devoid of free will?

Just trying to figure out why Sylvanas would go at such risk to bring her Valkyr out in the open to raise a couple of Night Elves.

She has a lot of lesser valks but only 2 or 3 prime valks. Lesser valks can raise anyone but powerful undead (like Sylvanas) can only be raised by prime valks.

They came from the Lich King he raised them to serve him.

All undead raised by valks have free will though they are often very violent after resurrection.

She needed to send 2 prime to Darkshore to raise the night elves so they would be stronger than normal undead. Also they didnt expect Tyrande to get so powerful or Malfurion to make such a quick recovery.

3 more died to revice Sylv after she died in Silver Pine
Alliance killed Aradne in Andorhal
Tyrande kills one in 8.1 Darkshore

So that makes 6 dead and 3 remaining.

Which means only one more resurrection for Sylvanas.

The prime Val'kyr can only be created by the Lich King or Eyir, it's why she sought to enslave her in Stormheim.

Because Sylvanas is powerful or something along those lines. It took 3 to resurrect her after she was killed by Godfrey.

Which one was Agatha? (like what is her standing with them, is she a lesser?) During the questline in Silverpine when showing Garrosh the powers of what they can do. I just specifically remember that one a lot.

Agatha died ressing Sylvanas, so she'd have to be a non-lesser one.

Again, why were there TWO at darkshore? Up until that point there was only one night elf she wanted to rez apparently, Darlaryn. Sira didn't die until after they were already there. Why didn't the Valkyr die after rezzing Sira AND Delaryn?

Because rezzing doesn't kill them. But if Sylvannas bites it, one can swap out instead since they made a pact.

I still don't get why they were so strong in the darkshore Tyrande questline to the point where you as the Alliance champion, and 2 demi gods couldn't take them out. In andorhal you and 3 farmers from westfall, who had next to no fighting skill before that, took out one.

The pact Sylvanas made with the Valkyr mean they can take her place in damnation. For arbitrary let's not really explain it reasons, it take 3 Valkyr to do that except for the time it only took 1 Valkyr.

They have not been explained well. They are rooted in a short story not many people have read. They're only present as a plot device and the fact that most people don't even know how many she has, without that being the focus of the mystery, show how poorly considered they are. I expect one of the convenient factors of BfA's plot will involve eliminating them.
