Just saw a cast by youtuber HeelvsBabyface "Blizzard FIRE C.F.O (Chief Financial Officer) Before he LEAVES ANYWAY!!"
TLDR - The CFO of Activision Blizzard, with a long history previously at Disney, had been poached by Netflix. In a somewhat strange turn, Activision Blizzard then sack him putting him on paid leave so he can show cause. Watch the cast as it has a lot of detail and links to much more information. Stocks fell a percent on the announcement in afterhours trading. HeelvsBabyface speculates it might be an attempt at face-saving by the company.
What a way to start the year for Activsion Blizzard.

It didn't come up on my forums when I was putting it up, sorry for duplicating. HeelvsBabayface is quite entertaining, and certainly links all his data. He is no journalist though. In saying that this is across the financial press.
