    If it's anything like the last few heroic raid difficulties, it will be a complete faceroll and easily puggable week 1 if you're not complete trash.

    Cabal Heroic testers were scaled to 383 it looked like, and that's the raid coming post BoD. Not sure what they were thinking there (yeah they scale to an absolute minimum but still, normal BoD is 385)

    First test is about mechanics. PTR players who really test bosses tend to be better mythic players so to make sure they actually have to play all mechanics (eg not just bursting through without noticing) scaling probably be has to be quite hard. Numbers come way later in the process.

    Make the raids only hard and then you get raids like Firelands and Dragon Soul.. That's what happens when the higher ups says raids aren't profitable.

    People aren't going to get better in WoW. It doesn't happen.
