Not rumors, IIRC it was pretty confirmed that Pitchford took Sega's money for A:CM and used it for Borderlands. I think he "paid it back" after Borderlands blew up, but I remember reading a handful of articles where insiders confirmed that this did occur.

There has been updates and whether or not it was actually under age porn is being disputed including by gearbox themselves. A lot to be said about gear box employees behavior while if the allegations are true on this CEO is still to be determined by authorities.

Actually it makes a difference. Still doesn't make it any less disturbing. Pedophillia is the sexual attraction to prepubescent children. The cutoff ages is typically 10. Hebephilia is from 11-14, and Ephebophilia is 15-19. In all cases the predator must be 5 years older than the child.
