Method Second Mythic Jaina, Battle for Azeroth Season 1 EU Cutoffs

Method World Second Mythic Jaina Kill
Mythic Jaina has once again been defeated on Mythic difficulty by Method! Congratulations to them! Sco was interviewed by Red Bull:

    • It took 347 attempts to defeat Jaina.
    • Sco liked the bosses and atmosphere of the raid, but it was ruined somewhat by the first eight bosses dying so quickly

If it wasn´t enjoyable to kill things fast then enter the raid blind next time without doing ptr.

I was wondering if Chaud would make a post for this.

It's a bit weird complaining about bosses dying fast when you literally spend time learning them on the PTR prior to the raid.

Or do they in fact go in blind?

Limit is probably so tilted right now....spent so much energy and time and still end up 3rd in a two person race. Damn yo...

Mythic bosses only can get tested for 1 hour on ptr in most cases and are mostly in a very unfinished / bugged /unbalanced state. The last boss of an raid is not tested on mythic on ptr.

Serves them right for all that arrogance.

It's like hundreds of hours of pre raid prep, perfect comps and even using racials to gain every advantage possible makes it easier.

Bore off and get a job Sco.

I think Sco's comment about Siege of Orgrimmar is right. They reached Garrosh by Sunday/Monday and they had some time to figure out which classes to gear after the reset. This can be argued as good design. Whereas in BoD they reached Jaina after the first day which means the first 8 bosses might have been too easy.

oh my all the Limit fanboy salt

Did Sco leave out how they did 27 split raids during the heroic week? 18 BoD and 9 Mythic Uldir?

is that now the expectation for tuning multiple non end bosses?

i wonder how many pulls jaina 2nd kill took

  19. #19
Why is this newsworthy at all? Sure it is the 2nd kill, but kind of taking away from the actual second kill isn't it?

Will Blizzard return the hotfix to prevent that unintended zerg strat on Jaina P3?
