Survival Hunter Wildfire Infusion Weakaura

So I've been trying to find out how to make a WeakAura to show the text of whatever the next spell is for Wildfire Infusion (if I were going to cast Shrapnel Bomb next it would simply say "Shrapnel"). HOWEVER, I only want the text for each spell to trigger at all if the spell has 0 charges currently. All the ways I've tried doing this, the text still shows up no matter how many charges remain, or the text doesn't show up at all. What am I doing wrong?
