Patriots LB Kyle Van Noy was strangely inactive for today's game, but turns out his wife is in labour and he's going to be there for the birth of his first child.

We should still have the LB'er depth to make up for his absence.

the Lions lionsing. Had a 3rd down conversion that would have almost iced the game, but took a TO just before the play, nullifying it. Then screwed up the ensuiing 3rd down play AND had the subsequent Punt half blocked, leading to excellent field position for the Cards.

    Game not quite over yet.

The Lions iced their own offence. This is beyond amateur.

Turns out Jay Gruden is drinking that Redskins front office kool-aid. Said some stupid shit about not playing Adrian Peterson. Meanwhile their running game suffered.

I'm getting major Tebow vibes here. How can this be the same team that was pure unfiltered shit for 3 quarters?

Surprised how close some of the games were.

Kyler was atrocious, but he did turn it on late. They'll have a chance to win this game in the last part of OT.

Let's not forget, Kyler got the opportunity to make a comeback because the Lions iced their own game winning play.

That OT was real ugly and terrible, probably because the teams are ugly and terrible.

I really hoped the 19 season would be void of ties.

    Ties are dumb.

That's true but he did improve dramatically from one half to the other. He'll be fine in Arizona.

Although they might wanna do more roll outs to get him away from tall defensive linemen.

Nice second drive by the Patriots. Some trickery and some missed tackles and hey presto. First TD of the season.
