Main hand and off Hand Enchants? Assassination

I see a few guides saying Deadly Navigation Main and Quick Navigation on off hand. But I have been looking at some top rogues on raider.io etc and they have Quick Navigation Main and Masterfull Navigation on Off hand?

Is this because they have enough crit?

I tried looking a few pages back and have not seen anything in this regard on these forums.

Suggestion on the best guides also welcome.

Just from the testing I've done at 400ilvl, I find Mastery > Crit > Haste, so I use Masterful in MH and Deadly in OH.

I find that very hard to believe at any gear lvl haste is 3rd Its never been there for any of bfa.

But on topic Haste mainhand crit or mastery off hand depending on what your current weights are the difference between which stat is on which hand is fairly low but there is still a slight difference so just make sure to check your weights.

I have ~398-400ilvl and my stat weighs are:
Haste > Mastery > Crit.

I think it depends on your gear. I just use Haste/Crit for the Raids/M+.
