Can A New Hunter Do The New Hati Stuff?

If i wanted to level up a brand new Kul'Tiran hunter, would I still be able to do all the Hati content? Or is it only optainable by hunters who got Hati already in Legion? Would suck if I couldnt get her on a new character.

All new hunters can get it as well.
All you need is to be level 120 and in BM spec to be able to tame him.

Yea it is possible, its not really tied to any legion restrictions

More precisely, while you can obtain all the skins for Hati - even the mage tower appearance - you will not be getting the artifact weapon skins unless you had already earned them.
