The vid is something else and could be used to show people how easy it is to murder a bunch of people or maby i just feel like watching it again because it's pretty crazy. I dunno i usually save these kind of vids for future use in debates or whatever. Perhaps i never watch it again who knows but it's there if i feel the need to.
And a bunch of other reasons. Would never share it as that's what they want and other people are doing that in mass already so no need anyways. That vid will never be completely removed like everything else online.
Couldn't care less about him being arrested. Fuck that guy. Imagine if it was a brown person distributing beheading videos.
Fuck em.

Just remember America, the rest of the west are becoming authoritarian states real fast with all the law changes over the years. Hold onto your first and second amendments for dear life.

Why would the colour of his skin matter? Would you be less outraged then?
“to wear an improper expression on your face was itself a punishable offence. There was even a word for it in Newspeak: FACECRIME, it was called.”
How dare you see and know things that only your superiors can see and know! The omnipotent police and courts! Muh feelings! The police couldnt even react in time although being located minutes away. Be a gentle sheep now and go back to your golden cage.
Btw the most inciting in all terror attacks is media coverage. Terrorists do this for attention. Look up Herostrates.
Punishing people for vids is just plain retarded.

Yea maybe Israelis murdering people or Muslims murdering thousands of christians every year could get some coverage then.

Being "bashed" by others for the things you say is not an infringement of Free Speech. It's simply other people using their right to Free Speech to tell you what they think of you.

Distributing the video is media coverage.
“The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand. We listen to reply,” Stephen Covey.
There is a certain point in which humanity should kick in, common sense take over, and people would think about the full repercussions of their actions before taking them. Had I been in possession of such a video, the first thing I would do is make a copy of it (to keep it unedited) and then offer it to local authorities to assist in thier investigation. The last thing I would want to see, as the family member of one of the deceased, is the moment the bullet snuffed out my loved one. I am usually an insensitive asshole; but even I know where the line is and when not to cross it.
Also, I agree completely that the media takes a tragic event, exacerbates the issue, and then uses buzzwords to trigger people almost to the point of inciting riots. There are several instances where a basic crime was blown way out of proportion thanks to the media, and in some cases, way overblown if the accused is a celebrity.

Exactly what I wanted to point out for people applauding the punishment for people spreading this vid.
Social ostracism and bashing is okay if you find something unacceptable. Jail, fines and other punishment is not okay.

What I said.

There is more than enough unpleasantness about this event in the main thread without it spreading into others.
