Do Horde players care about this game at all?

Because just by looking at the Hall of Fame, it doesn't seem like it. Not to mention pvp.

Faction imbalance is bad as it is and will only get worse to the point where everybody and their mother will be playing Horde. And that will be detrimental to the game. Because the game is centered around the divide between Horde and Alliance, and you may not like that or aren't interested in it, but that is the lore on which most stories are based on.

If they ever go cross faction that will mean Wow is going downhill for sure, to never return. If you give up your main premise for a game, it's time to pack it up.
Rift did that with cross faction and look where they are now. If you can't sustain the main theme of your franchise, you're headed for disaster.

Frankly, they should never have went down the faction route. It has limited them significantly over the years with what they can do in the game. Having the players as Adventurer types would have given them much more freedom with how the game progresses.

You didn't really bother reading all I wrote did you? That's fine, most people don't. So lets say I join Horde because I want more chance getting into a mythic guild, because most people that do, are there already. Now lets also suppose that I prefer playing Alliance, but I do want to get into mythic raiding.

....the vast majority of players don't pick a faction because one side is doing better at raiding or pvp..a LOT do move from one side to the other but they care less about the game and more about their personal progression (As seen before when a lot of PVP players went Alliance because Human Racial)...I would assume most people play Horde or Alliance because their friends play Horde or Alliance

...hell honestly the population of horde to alliance is pretty close to 50/50

in reality the skew your seeing is with the better players of the game and the people who actually give a damn about war mode

Less alliance raid hardcore in BoD...(A raid I'd like to remind the world where your faction BARELY matters since you turn into alliance for fights 4-6 and you are TURNED Horde for fights 7-9...and if memory serves the majority of alliance races turn into Trolls)

Its not CASUALS fault for the split..and honestly its not really even Blizzard's fault people play what they wanna play and how they wanna play it..it just kinda ended up the way it did.

My main will always be horde but honestly the storyline/direction of BFA really has made me zone out.
my other horde alts dont even bother doing the quests as long as my main has done it.

I don't really think it's fair to say it's the -main- premise considering that, outside of the BFA lore, deciding what faction you want to be has not really mattered at all in regards to how you consume content. There's nothing functionally different about being Horde or Alliance outside of aesthetics and some minor abilities. Removing the faction divide would not change how the game works in any significant way. On top of that, I think you'd actually be shocked how few people really care about faction loyalty. It's a safe bet to say that most people playing the game really do not give a shit at all about the lore. So yeah... if anything, removing the faction divide would entice more people to play again knowing they could play with anyone they want whenever they want versus having an arbitrary divide that serves no purpose outside of saying "BLUE IS BETTER THAN RED!!!!"

I play both factions, though my main has been alliance since Cata because my guildies are there, but I have to say that aside from a few exceptions such as Drustvar, Horde storylines have always been more appealing to me, and particularly in BFA it seems that the horde got the most attention. Just look at the war campaign, it was all petty boring and regular stuff on the alliance side, whereas the horde side had awesome moments. Thomas Zelling, recovering the corpse from the abyssal depths... much more interesting overall.

No, it has been confirmed that everyone on one side of the game has an agenda to destroy it. The frame work of this destruction is maintain subscriptions. Providing content to the other side by being there. Then winning most the raiding races. Eventually.. the plan will come together... the game will die.. long live the Horde...
