You mean just the emissary or literally all of them? Difficult to answer really, the WQs are varied. Shell Game takes about a minute if that, but the 'fill up the bar' quests can take longer. You also have to factor in Blizzard's troll mechanic of sending you to the other continent for that one quest to complete the emissary.

Actually, since they added tortollan seekers quests, you can complete that emissary on one continent.
