Our AoE burst however is insanely good and it is hard for other classes to beat us in this field.

Fury warr has the highest melee dps this tier.

By what metric are you basing this on?

Using real world examples (warcraftlogs) would show you that DH==Warr.

Our burst is beaten by 20 other specs, out of 27 total dps specs. With 10 of those specs doing more than 10k higher than havoc.

Interesting to note that you claim fury is equal to or greater than when fury beats havoc by 1.2k, but the specs are equal when fury beats havoc by almost 8k dps.

But anyway, on to actual real world example from warcraftlogs.

Radiance - Fury (39.6k) > outlaw > Havoc (38.4k) = 1.2k fury
Behemoth - Havoc (32.1k) > Sin rogue > Fury (30.3k) = 1.8k havoc
ashvane - Fury (43.5k) > enh sham > outlaw > Ret > Havoc (41.1k) = 2.4k fury
Orgozoa - outlaw (70.1k) > Fury (64.7k) > frost dk > Havoc (56.9k) = 7.8k fury
Court - Sin rogue (42.3k) > fury (41.2k) > outlaw > havoc (39.2k) = 2k fury
Zaqul - outlaw (84.6k) > fury (68.7k) > ret > havoc (63.1k) = 5.6k fury

Scores for all bosses show fury with 97.39 and havoc with 97.07. Again, fury > havoc.

That's 5 fights where fury > havoc with differences ranging from 1.2k to 7.8k (average of 3.8k dps) and 2 fights where havoc wins with differences of .8k and 1.8k (average of 1.3k).

Im pretty sure 5 > 2 and 3.8 > 1.3.

Even on sims (from the simcraft site), fury still beats havoc even if its only about 130 dps.
