Should the "noose" Teachers be sacked

Many already have. Just read the comments posted. Basically hanging has been done for thousands of years and a lot more people than those of one race did it. If you still do not accept it, then that is your choice.

Slavery has also been done for thousands of years, does recent history of American slavery though belittle the thought that slavery was a problem that most affected blacks in America considering the further 100 years of oppression after its end?

They aren't furthering the divide. I'm pretty sure that most black americans believe this is how the MAJORITY of the country is anyway. Now that its in picture form, we get validation except, in order for other people to see that its racists as fuck, they need context now. These women shouldn't be fired, they just got caught doing what most black americans feel goes on anyway. Explain racism making bank to all the black people killed when they were profiled by others.

just because you think its racist doesn't mean it is. you, me, everyone else, is inherently dumb. we are all ignorant fucks because we come up with conclusions based on very few facts. i get it, the modern black american is angry or some shit. i have my own opinions on that too, based on my own personal life experiences. you would probably call me racist, but i am not. but i will always call shit as it is. and in this instance concerning a noose and some white teachers, we don't know shit.

what if the teachers were black? what if they even had one of the black teachers wearing the noose and all three were smiling? is that racist?

PS: We have had several news stories about nooses being found at workplaces with whites only signs being in the national news, maybe instead of posting with a noose at work these educators should take five seconds out of their day to think about how that is going to look to other people.

When it's it a tree yes, personally most of the time I've seen people holding them it is because they are calling for some ones execution for a number of reasons an less about race (due to when they are holding it they want to be seen with it, but when they hang it in tree's it's more cowardly and not wanting the public notice of who did it.)
