I use the built in spell check on my browser and I have a decent memory for how letters are arranged in a word.

English isn't my first language, but i consider myself a C, or B- at most.
Also i use spelling check on everything so that helps.
I do make a ton of mistakes cuz I type really fast too. Noticed that when I'm slower I make way less.

Probably a low C.
Though, I would say that it's above most of the US as it is, as I'm viewing A grade as complete mastery of the language in question.
