It wouldn't surprise me if there were now that there's a datacenter in Sydney. They haven't announced anything but it would seem like a waste if there wasn't. Data center infrastructure isn't really "the game".

They stated that they have plans for all of the current regions (albeit, the server options will be adjusted).

There will obviously be oce servers. That goes without saying. It's just a matter of how many, but there will definitely be oce servers.

Hopefully theres Just 3 servers for Oce.
One for each major style. Pve server, Pvp server and a RPPVP server

Blizzard will have servers for classic where they have servers for WoW all ready, It's a pretty safe bet.
