Item restoration

Hi guys
I recently purchased a Chromatic Sword on the auction house for a large amount of gold, and it seems to have dissapeared (probably vendored :/). Cannot seem to find it on item restoration, any advice? Thanks.

I'd suggest submitting a ticket ingame, otherwise check your mail, buy-back, bank, and use the search function in your inventory just to be thorough.
