Outside some alarmist circles that somehow managed to profit politically from anti-Semitism, Soros is pretty much known as a financial ruthless shark and investor in socially progressive causes, education institutions and NGOs. Gilrak is purposefully ignoring the social side and probably paints him right wing because of his financial markets manipulation and complete and total lack of empathy towards those that ended up suffering because of it.

The whole picture is more complex. Probably not even Soros himself knows exactly where he stands politically. I imagine him being in a perpetual conflict between pure amoral greed and a desire for redemption that he cannot achieve by himself, so he buys it, it's what he does best.

Regardless, he's just one person, and it's pathetic that so much attention has been given to him. I'm all for holding him responsible when there's proper proof that can be used legally. Conspiracy videos and hit pieces on the web don't achieve anything.

His desire for redemption however comes off as purely self serving since they mostly serve to glorify himself when he is even mentioned, and never is he or his riches at stake from the projects he enacts. His projects more accurately seem to just create chaos.
