What's Going On with Dota 2, Chinese players, and Racism?

In the past couple of days, Dota 2 is being negative review bombed by Chinese players specifically and it's becoming overwhelming.

If you go to the official Dota 2 twitter page, the most recent tweet is being bombarded with users (who I assume are also Chinese) spamming the same text:

"I promise that I will not add any funds to the Valve’s games(for example dota 2 and csgo), until the Valve gives appropriate punishments or announcements about the insulting speech given by two professional players (ID: Kuku; Skem)."

So after browsing the Dota 2 sub-reddit (big mistake) and othe related websites for information, I cannot find one. All I can assume is that some professional players made some potentially racist remarks towards Chinese players?

So actually after lose 2 TI in row they became crazy!
