Anyone know of good robo call blocker apps for iOS?

Simple question, does anyone know of any iOS apps that can block callers based on the Caller ID name? I have the Verizon Call Filter app and Nomorobo (I've tried RoboKiller in the past as well) and while I can keep manually adding numbers that get through, is there some sort of limitation to where these apps can't block based on the Caller ID name as well?

For all the spam calls I get, being able to block based on the Caller ID name I wouldn't even care about the spoofing of numbers as it could also block based on the name they used.

I get 8-12 of these a day. I've just started using Do not Disturb mode and than allowing "favorite" (everyone in my address book) to ring.

Yea, I mean that's a nice feature at its core, but as a business owner I do indeed want to receive calls from people outside of my contact list.
