I love battered fried cod or similar fish. With a lot of hush puppies, fried clams and fried shrimp.

Swordfish is by far my favorite but its pretty expensive and not easy to find where I am at. At least fresh. So I am usually limited to Cod or Mahi Mahi both of which I am way way ok with and really enjoy.
