I don't see anything special in there. About the only quick thing is instant queue to kill Archimonde in two hits for 300-400g (probably less), but that's once per week. Hardly nerf worthy.

As has been said in the thread already, I could work half an hour at work and buy a token that gets me 180k gold if I so wanted it.
Do LFR share lockout with other modes ?
Except you can, when what you do in a video game is something you don't really enjoy, so you can afford playing it more.
At some point you have to sit down and ask your self "How much is my time worth?". If $1/h is the answer, then this is fine, if it isn't you're better off taking out the trash for your neighbor or some shitty job you can get in your spare time.
The ONLY reason I'd do something like, is if I was hunting tmog from those raid instances/bosses. There is so many ways of making more gold than this per hour, though most of the include the usage of the Auction House (which isn't as scary as some might think, it doesn't bite).
Just saddle up and go herb 30 minutes everyday while you drink your coffee in the morning or something, dump it on AH for what ever price you'd like (lower price = faster sales, though less profit). Or spam /trade chat and perhaps get a steady buyer that just buys everything you can farm. Tadaa, you'll earn 10x as much as this shitty farm.
I think that only makes sense if you could have been working during that time instead. If you are salary or dont have access to unlimited hours its not like you could have made your hourly rate in that time frame. Also, do you value everything you dedicate your time to this way? "Why mow my lawn/clean my home/wash my dog/etc when I can pay someone less than my hourly rate to do it?"
So many of you are implying playing a game is boring and then a waste of time. YOu cant compare doing something for fun vs working (stress/physical strain)
It's amazing how little people value their time. Go get a minimum wage job and you're already way more efficient than this.
OP, if you were smart you wouldnt post this kind of videos on MMO-C
It will just make the nerf happen sooner.
It is kinda repeatable - if you have several high level alts. With my 7 toons I can certainly see myself not having enough spare WoW time in a week to fully "exploit" this income source. Not that I'd want to.
What I have been doing quite a lot of lately is farming old raids, including the LFR versions for xmog. As others have noted, the gold is a nice bonus.
Basically the Cataclysm raid raw gold farming that everyone did in WoD but without the travel.
I would never ever for any reason buy WoW gold with money, there is absolutely no need for it. The game throws gold at you so many different ways for just playing the game the idea of doing that to me is insane. Many use farming methods like this or others to pay for game time and as it was point out by myself and others getting just over a dollar an hour when you look at it from that point of view is a massive waste of time even if you are some 13 year old, sadly most are adults that don't have two nickels to rub together.
"Privilege is invisible to those who have it."
OP forgets they nerf this every expansion. I used to farm all the Burning Crusade raids. 250-500g per boss not including the drops. It was an easy 2500gold before I sold a single item.

It was already nerfed once before, I think during MoP, might've been cata. You used to get all the gold from each boss, not just what your share would've been with a full group (ex. TBC raids gave 10g/person with a full group, so if you solo'd it, you'd get 250g from each boss in a 25m). I could see it being nerfed again, at least in terms of item value (tokens being worth 50g, weapons ~100g, etc)
this guy uploads nothing but clickbait videos.
'Per hour' is meaningless for non repeatable stuff. Unless you have infinite accounts, its not 'per hour' its per character, per week. Got 8 characters? Then you can spend 8 hours per week to get, according to this guy, about 48,000g.
I've been subbed to him for over a year now. My wife sent me one of his videos and we both had a really good laugh at it a while back, subbed ever since. The humour came from the fact that he calls basic game mechanics 'hacks' - in one instance, he used a toy to change himself into an ethereal. He said the after image left behind by the ethereal model will give you an advantage in pvp...
Yes, that means he clicks. Yes, he also plays without nameplates on and yes, he cares about advantages in random battlegrounds.
He has made entire 'exploit guides' where he just lists a bunch of things you can disengage onto as a hunter, which literally every hunter on the planet knows - like how to disengage onto lumber mill roof.
One of the best examples i can remember is him putting in one of his exploit guides an insanely obscure exploit. He shows a clip of him putting down his warlock demonic circle, jumping off a cliff, then teleporting back up. If you're wondering where the exploit is, thats it. He is literally telling you that using an ability, in the way it was intended, is an exploit.
Seriously. Sub to this guy, he is fucking hilarious. Classic example of a perpetual noob. He is the second coming of Swifty.
