If Bernie can take TX, that's pretty much the ballgame. Enough other southern states are similar enough that he'll carry those as well. Unless the DNC fucks up the Super Delegates, he should be the nominee.
Very interesting.
He needs, absolutely, a young(ish) minority woman as his running mate. Abrams from Georgia or that House Rep from FL 10th.
The good thing with this trade war with China and the coronavirus is that maybe now companies will finally learn to diversify their supply chain and not depend on a hostile foreign government. I can't believe that our pharmaceutical industry produces 97% of our drugs in China.... like how fucking retarded can they be? If the american economy gets some short term pain from these tarrifs and supply disruption from the virus, but forces companies to move out of china it may be worth it. If we went to war with China tomorrow, China could just hold us hostage by stopping all shipments of drugs and we would be fucked. Profits over our country's security and wellbeing needs to stop.

Why not? You do know Abraham's got completely screwed by the GOP as her literal opponent purged voter rolls and oversaw the shenanigans. Thanks to that she's got name recognition and even now is on the front lines to boost registration and turn out.
For how often you play the never ending deck of Bernie victim cards regarding the DNC seems incongruous.
“Logic: The art of thinking and reasoning in strict accordance with the limitations and incapacities of the human misunderstanding.”
"Conservative, n: A statesman who is enamored of existing evils, as distinguished from the Liberal who wishes to replace them with others."

By "serverity" I meant deaths. And by "outbreak" I meant America. The world population is somewhere around 7.7 billion, the US population is only around 325 million or about 4% of the world population. Mathematically speaking the entire USA could go completely unharmed. In fact the reason those estimates are what they are is that they're accounting for the superior medical safety practices of developed nations (even China), they may have minor outbreaks (which, at a billion people even this "outbreak" in China is statistically minor).
Human progress isn't measured by industry. It's measured by the value you place on a life.
Just, be kind.
Tulsi is a good choice on loyalty alone. Tulsi suffered for her loyalty to Bernie, she has staid true to his ideas and him personally and even stood up for him when Warren tried to kamikaze him with a half-baked #MeToo'ing. But Tulsi might be too antagonizing for the DNC apparatchiks to handle. Nina Turner, Tlaib or AOC are also good choices, though Tulsi's absolute loyalty to Sanders is nothing to bulk at.
Really only Nina Turner has been as consistent in loyalty to the cause. I'd basically say Gabbard and Turner are the best bets if you want someone who will for sure continue the Sanders revolution if fortune doesn't favor him.

On MMO-C we learn that Anti-Fascism is locking arms with corporations, the State Department and agreeing with the CIA, But opposing the CIA and corporate America, and thinking Jews have a right to buy land and can expect tenants to pay rent THAT is ultra-Fash Nazism. Bellingcat is an MI6/CIA cut out. Clyburn Truther.
She is only polarizing because in 2016 she resigned her DNC post to back Bernie and spilled the beans on how shady things were inside the party and what it really thought about a Sanders candidacy. That and Hillary and her hangers on absolutely have never forgiven her for it.
Out of hate for those people I'd say pick Tulsi and embrace the crossover appeal since she gets a lot of voters that aren't normally at play.
Plus it rubs the establishments nose in it which may alone get Sanders a nice boost. But Nina Turner is a safer pick that is unlikely to cause further problems. But I do think Tulsi should get something given she has been unyielding loyal to him. Unlike that snake Liz Warren, Tulsi has been an unshakable friend to Sanders.

Facts, Bernie needs a VP pick loyal to his goals, not opposed to them and Stacy Abrams is an establishment goon in the end. She would gladly be Bloombergs VP; can't have that on the Sanders ticket.
Not to be too conspiratorial, but I think Sanders would have some sort of "Accident" if he picked an establishment darling for VP.

But you don't know that she hasn't been vetted. You're assuming it, but I would bet the DNC already ran their Red Team against her background awhile back - probably when she passed on running for the Senate seat.
I would disagree about your conclusion regarding Bloomberg and her auto-dequal for Bernie because of it. Both are older white guys. Obviously different political backgrounds, lol.

just found out i cant vote for the democratic nominee because i registered as a republican when i was 18, because i'm fucking stupid. And so is this law.
It's not a law, it's just how some states run their primary. Typically you have to either be a member of the party, or a member of no party, to participate. The real issue is that you never changed your party registration in the intervening years, and so you're STILL registered as a Republican.
I believe this is a rather appropriate time and thread for this. I find this analysis and breakdown to be in alignment with my perception of the issue. From 1:00 to 14:30 is all about the issue of the 2020 election, and the majority of it is specific to the Democratic primary (the first minute is an overview of what the video covers).
I'm posting this rather than writing my own post since my policy preferences are fairly well-reflected by Robert Reich, and because I've not been actively participating in this thread so I'm out of the loop on some of the long-running arguments that may be present in this thread.
