    I don’t. Waste of time and money, especially toys for the young kids. Yeah, I’m a grinch. I’ll pick up something for the wifey but it tends to be smaller. Birthday and wedding anniversary I put in more of an effort.

    After thanksgiving, which is when we do our secret santa. Gives plenty of time to find something on the wishlist. And giving/receiving only 1 gift makes it easy.
