We've never actually seen it, but it could be. Considering Oribos apparently has quests and a dungeon I don't know if it would be that small.

I think it just looks small because you're way zoomed out.

Looking at the actual mesh, it seems like the outlined areas are meant to be fairly broad walkways, which would make the whole thing big enough. Especially when you consider that its has the most space vertically, which is kind of a cool design.

Well the shadowlands armor sets are being biased to Horde as well. Clearly the Sprite darter armor set is based on some weird play/erotic roleplay/sex the Nightborne were using for the past thousand years while they were cooped up as the purple/blues and metals match their aesthetics.
